    Wow. How I learn new things everyday!!! Never thought these things mattered that much??? People are really " picky"!!! I work hard and am really dedicated. But, you have opened my eyes to the real aspect of job-hunting, Appearances. Though decieving, makes a foot in the door. Amazing. How shallow have we become??? I have never had a boss tell me that I am not qualified because of my mistakes. Even professionals make mistakes!!! That's called EDUCATION!!! We learn from them.
