They are innovative in developing new opportunities for nursing service

Advice for prospective applicants:

Yes, I am not a regular staff nurse but the flex choice area is an agency establised by baptist. The pay is above average. This option is excellent it allows a nurse to work throughout the hospital in your area of specilty.

From my experience they don't seem to care too much about all of their employees. Advancement seems impossible in some departments where directors only care about their scores.
