Overall, it's an excellent place to work. It's not your typical nursing home, the first thing you notice when you walk in most is the smell, this one you notice the smell that isn't there. I have to say it's always clean. I've worked in many, and this is the best I've been to.

Advice for prospective applicants:

I often encourage people to apply there. Human Resources isn't the best, but once you're in, it's a great place.
