| Posted 7 months ago Women are associated with being maternal, which I think is a great quality for someone looking to enter a leadership position in healthcare. Mothers are caring and generous - to key characteristics in the healthcare field. At the same time, however, they need to be firm and get business done, which is needed when one is a leader. |
