Posted 5 months ago Do you think that the aging generations are more or less likely to help the younger aspiring healthcare professionals now that they are migrating out of the field? Do you think older generations ever see/saw Gen X and Y as a threat? Georgia Price

| Posted 3 months ago I think they should be willing to help. i believe the problem is the cjhanging technology. I have been nursing for 20 years. I still try to up with the flow, but working the units now is totally not my will any more. I enjy promoting health education to the communities. Crystal |

| Posted 2 months ago I think they do need to help the next generations! Even if the next generation is somewhat of a threat.....they have fresh knowledge, but also need to learn the ropes so they can learn to be good at what they do. |
