i just started a new job and she training 3 people and she has no clue on whats she doing ! has this happen to some of you before?

 Ready for this one??? Have someone come in for an MA position and get hired as an Offfice Manager. This person has no idea what it entails to manage an medical office. This person sits in her office all day and we cannot figure out what this person does--do not expect any backup from this person on any subject (can you say "no backbone").

I think that this entire thread has answered the origional question.  It's not that there are people specifically hired to be managers who are dumb.  It's just that people are dumb in general.  I have the capacity to be dumb, you have the capacity to be dumb, so let's just all suck it up, do our jobs the best we can and stop whining about what others are doing that's dumb.  Unless it directly affects patient care, you should just keep your nose out of it, cause it will just stress you out.
