I have been searching for a MA position, even posted my resume on various reputable career websites for quite some time and received several hits but none really leading to interviews due to lack of experience, only externship training. But recently got a response, the job requirements are good ,the pay rate is  quite low and I would have to travel which could be costly for a temp-to-hire placement agency. My  concerns are should I accept and if not ,how can I get more job offers  when every employers are seeking experience without training.
