Posted 2 months ago You haven't been in healthcare very long have you? You will very quickly forget what the meaning of the word embarassment is. Trust me... just give it time.

Posted 2 months ago I agree with the above statements, once you've been in a few ERs, ORs, or on the floors long enough you quickly see just about everything you've never seen before, and after that you just know that nothing you could possibly do or say is as embarrassing as the things you've seen other people go through. Wait till you get to those crazy days where everyone is working so hard that no-one even cares enough to point it out.

Posted 2 months ago I TOTALLY AGREE !!! IN THE HEALTHCARE FIELD EMBARASSMENT ISN'T EVEN A WORD ANY MORE!
HEY, Have you ever made a boo-boo at work that was so embarrassing that you wish you could just vanish at that moment, Well last week I went to use the restroom and I accidently tuck my shirt into my underwear. I usually get a good look at myself in the mirror after I wash my hands, but I was rushing to assit the doctor needless to say the doctor pulled me aside and let me know I was totally embarrassed.
