I was in my 30's when I went back to graduate school & got my masters in counseling.  I"m in my second career.  Most people change careers in mid life.  Some of us change careers 3 times in a life time because we're living so long.  I"m thinking about becoming a "focus group moderator".  Any suggestions?

It's great to have a moderator and even encourager.  I changed from customer service to a medical assistant when in my 40's.  Now I'm in my 50's, not able to do phlebotomy any more, so now am looking for something new.  Age to me is just a state of mind.  I can remember a lady who after staying home for so long decided to go back to school.  She graduated at the age of 75!  As the song says, "You can do it.  You can do it."

I agree , when I went back to college to obtain my associate of science , I was in my 40's. Yes it is true some of us change careers so many times to find what works for us. I remained in my same field of work but  made advancements to better myself and career.Who is to say that the older we get that we have no choices as far as make changes that makes us satisfied.
