| Posted 2 months ago I agree that laughter is a great way to get rid of stress. If you can laugh at yourself, you can put things back into perspective and let minor issues roll of your shoulders. I like to get in a good work out after a really stressful day - go for a long run, take the dogs for a walk, or do some kickboxing. |

| Posted 2 months ago for me the best way to forget all stressful situations on work is- to smell my kids in their dream. it could be a good swim for a while,or good walk near the see. |

| Posted 2 months ago Running, and biking work for me. I just have to be carefull to have train-fare back, as several times I've wound up one state over by the time whatever's stressing me is totaly gone. |
