It seems everyone has a major amount of stress, just interested in knowing how all of you cope with your day to day........  Laughter for me is one of my biggest stress reliefs. How do you get rid of the "pulling out your hair day blues? "

I agree that laughter is a great way to get rid of stress. If you can laugh at yourself,  you can put things back into perspective and let minor issues roll of your shoulders. I like to get in a good work out after a really stressful day - go for a long run, take the dogs for a walk, or do some kickboxing.

for me the best way to forget all stressful situations on work is- to smell my kids in their dream.


it could be a good swim for a while,or good walk near the see.

Running, and biking work for me.  I just have to be carefull to have train-fare back, as several times I've wound up one state over by the time whatever's stressing me is totaly gone.
