Posted 2 months ago anyone here working as a respiratory therapist? I'd like to consider this field.....I've never worked in any medical field, nor do I hold any certificates in the medical field, but I'd like to! I'm in my late 40's & I am wanting to follow my childhood dream.....working in a medical field helping the sick,injured,etc..I'm also considering CNA's,RN. Even EMT-B's......how or what should I gauge myself by in helping me decide what field any response is greatly appreciated. Tell me, what courses did you take to become certified or licsensed? How long? Is it what you expected it would be? Or are you satisfied or dissatisfied? What, in your opinion makes you feel that way? all your responses are greatly appreciated.....since I have not traveled this road....if your have... thanks for sharing with me! Ody |
