| Posted about 1 month ago Yes, It is no doubt that one can't get job very easy after completing a training course. No Employer want to take chance to hire a person who had just learn to walk in this filled. One should have good hearing abilities and Good typeing skill. Although you will have everything after completing the course. But still the Question arise that what is the main cause ? Why people still not gets jobs? The main reason is that one not carry Extensive Drug knowlage. Most of the Drug sound very same when pronounced by Physian. One can code the correct one only when he or she will have good experience in this field. Other reason is that this field is still not Organised. Most of the company outsource the work to other small company in Asia for costcuting. Mostly People adopt it as a Earning hand while he or she is burning. Once you get better option you kick out the old one. Why they do so? Uneven pay out. Quality is main issue. If Quality is not good one not gets good payout. If you have confidence on your self. There is lots of options available for you in this field. One need to make his own path. If you will try 5 to 6 Interview in any MT Company. You can get a better dream job. Some of the company gives Home MT work if you have a good experience. |
